All items ordered and paid for are delivered in 5 - 15 business days after dispatch. We will send the tracking ID to the e-mail address provided by you. All our products are freshly made to order. *Transit times are affected by location.

RTO ORDERS AND RESHIPPING CHARGES

RTO ( Return To Origin ) is a situation when the orders returns back to us without delivery to customer. There would be various reasons to it as customer not available on calls, calls not responded or address not found. In such cases in general the order takes 10-12 working days to reach back to us after which the order will be reshipped to the customer again.

Ruharoma is not responsible for cases when the customer is called and he/she does not responds to calls or incorrect address or phone no.

In this scenario, Reshipping and RTO charges are applied on actual and to be borne by customer

Please double check and verify your full shipping address, PIN code, and mobile number before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, PIN code, or mobile number is provided, Ruharoma will not be responsible for any delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping charges incurred.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details or because the customer is unreachable, it will be reshipped only after it is received back by us. The customer will be responsible for paying the applicable reshipping charges before the order is dispatched again.
