Sea Buckthorn oil has omega fatty acids, including omega-3, omega-6, omega-7, and omega-9. It is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin E and has high amounts of antioxidants. Usage: With a canvas of cleansed skin, gently pour 4-6 drops of oil onto palms and massage into the face in circular motions. Don't forget the chest and neck area. Massage until the oil is properly absorbed. Apply twice a day (morning/evening), or as needed.
